Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 'Initial' Jacques Selosse

glass with a deep yellow color tending towards gold, and a fine and persistent bubble. It overwhelms with its richness from the first sniff, unfolding notes of clarified butter, toasted almonds, chestnut honey, and pastry. The oxidation is perfectly integrated and enhances the liquid, which surprises with its originality. The sip is full-bodied and imposing, filling the mouth with its opulent matter but perfectly balanced by sapidity and freshness. A champagne that has the complexity of a great still white. Unique and unrepeatable Anselme, indispensable!glass with a deep yellow color tending towards gold, and a fine and persistent bubble.
